A beautiful melody swells like a flowing hanbok and a melismatic voice comes in. I’m enthralled. Completely captivated, even though I’m reading subtitles and have no idea what a “chaebol” is. This was my introduction to the world of Korean dramas, and I’ve been hooked ever since.
